James has now taken over most chimney sweeping from his father, John Cunningham.
John created 'Bangor Chimney Sweep' in 1993 with the help of his late sister, Linda and a goverment start up grant.
Thirty years of chimney sweeping and years before that working as a mechanic has taken its toll on John and so, although still working part-time, will likely only be sweeping to help James cope in the busy winter months.
James mum, Penny, will continue to book in the chimneys to be swept.
James has been sweeping chimneys since 2009 and will continue on as his father has taught him.
